Bags made from lightweight nylon packcloth( similar to
backpacks) can be stuffed in the bottom of your saddlebag until you find
something to put into it. This fabric is PVC backed to make it
water-resistant. Which means you can walk through the rain and keep your
stuff dry. But don't leave them sitting in a puddle for too long! Zippers
are heavy-duty nylon coil. Handles are nylon webbing and wrap completely
around the bags for good support. All edges are heat sealed to prevent
fraying and stress points are double stitched. Bags are fully guaranteed
for workmanship because I'm REALLY picky.
K-Dura :Cordura
type fabric available for a moderate upcharge of $15. This is a 1000 denier fabric which is really tough to
damage. It doesn't squash as well as the packcloth but will hold a heavier
load. For an example of a bag done in the K-Dura, see the Valkyrie or the

Most of these patterns can be adjusted to fit your saddlebags. If you
don't see the design or size bag you need, contact me for a measurement
sheet for your own custom set. Who knows? You may be the first to have a
set for your bike model!

Prices listed are for
a
set of 2 bags unless otherwise noted. I start from a roll of fabric so you
can mix and match colors, order only one bag or order bags in 2 different
colors. I can also custom order fabric (if the color is available) to
match your bike but allow some extra time for the fabric to get here.

zipper placement if you prefer bags that open suitcase style. (Thanks

Fabric colors
in stock are Charcoal grey, black, red, hunter green burgundy and
silver, in the
nylon packcloth. charcoal grey, black, red, navy, forest green and light
grey in the K-dura. All trim is
black. Webbing for handles and zippers are black. ( the zippers in
colors didn't meet my standards. ) Colors can be combined for a
real custom look.
